    Montreal Botanical gardens is a true gem of the city of Montreal. Even though it has a fee to enter, bit the money you spend is well worth it. The area is huge and you would need a full day to really....  more »

    I LOVED this place. In the middle of winter, the greenhouses were full of beautiful greenery. There are several greenhouses, each with different types of plants. The bonsais were impressive. The bromeliads were amazing! And there's one greenhouse that has all sorts of edibles (though you aren't allowed to eat them): banana plants, coconut palms, all spice, cardamom, star anise, cinnamon, star fruit. It was wonderful!

    A must see attraction if you are in Montreal. Located in the heart of the city - locals and visitors enjoy this place a like. Come here for a date, walk, relax, bike, medidate etc. Its just beautiful and you will not regret it. Either for a few hours or the entire day - it's a relaxing place to be escaping the bustle of the city. Highly recommended
