    Impressive ruins of a medieval fortress. Spectacular views of Hyères and the surrounding mountains. There is a carpark at the entrance, but it's more fun to climb up from the old town. In any case, lots of steep and irregular stairs if you want to explore the castle, do make sure you have the right footwear.

    Great place to visit any time of day and free! We went at night with the kids and they had a blast exploring. Awesome view of the city below. Definitely worth checking out!
