  • Centrally located, near the Old Port, is it a nice neighbourhood, with narrow streets en nice shops and a lot of graffiti. As it is located on a hill, some streets are quite steep. But it does not...  more »
  • Not a lot going on here in early March, we were told it doesn't really get going till April. A bit disappointing and not a lot to see. A few small shops if you want to buy soap or artisitic tat.  more »
