Situated on Santorini's coastline between Kamari and Monolithos, the winery occupies a former tomato factory dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. Once the production of cherry tomatoes ceased here, the old building gained new life as a modern winery using state-of-the-art equipment and innovative facilities to produce high-quality wines and aromatic vinegars.     Gaia is situated on the North East side of the island and offers a great wine tasting experience. I have to say compared to North America and other parts of the world, this is certainly the more expensive side of wine tasting and wine in general. Wine is good and I will visit them again next time.

    Beautiful winery right on the beach with professional employees. Very tasty, but a bit pricy. I can't fault the quality of the service and/or the tasting, so it ended up being a very good experience even though it was more expensive than first expected.
