Visit the majestic marble temple of Birla Mandir, one of the many eponymous temples built by the Birla family all over India. Constructed in 1976, the temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara, an incarnation of Vishnu. Admire the imposing building, supposedly made out of 2,000 tons of pure white marble, and view the idols of many deities, including a 3 m (11 ft) tall image of Venkateshwara.     Pristine and huge structure made of marble. At a height, so gives a good city view and an outstanding Hussain Sagar lake view. Vast car parking. There are some steps to climb, but lift is available.....  more »

    Nice place for worshipping the lord. Situated at the high heads can view the city clearly, very pleasant atmosphere. Pollution free, very pleasant and descent surroundings. No electronic device is allowed inside the temple, no flower, no coconuts. Everything u have to leave at the check in and have to collect while return. Can have a nice time if you visit the place.

    Temple is full of marble including the statues of gods and pillars. Very peaceful place. Mobiles are not allowed inside. Hence friends and family members can sit and talk peacefully without any disturbances. We can also enjoy the view of necklace raod and the city. Temple is double glorious during evenings. Definitely Worth visiting.
