Le Due Torri Torre degli Asinell
Witness two iconic landmarks of Bologna dating back to the Middle Ages, Le Due Torri Torre degli Asinell. The 12th-century, leaning towers serve as prominent historical symbols of a city that once boasted more than 100 such structures. Climb the 97 m (318 ft) high Asinelli Tower to see the drastic leaning angle of the Garisenda Tower and to view the city and countryside. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes; the climb to the top is steep and narrow. We just came for a quick look. We had our Bulldog with, so we didn't climb up (at least I have an excuse). But even from the ground the two Towers are quite the sight. Well, the Asinelli Tower is a..... more »

If you are unfit or have any fear of heights or confined spaces, avoid this tower. The climb is very steep and the stair treads in many places narrow and at an angle. All that said, the view from... more »

One of the most spectacular landmarks in Bologna. Everyone wants to visit this tower. The tower truly offers the best view of the center of the Old Town. Tickets can be purchased online or in the info office on the square in front of the cathedral. Worth a visit and worth an entrance fee, which is not high. Unfortunately, everyone who has problems with the staircase has to avoid this tower. Do not regret it, there are plenty of other possibilities to get to know the city's hustle and bustle, which is actually on the streets rather than above them. Enjoy.

Very nice twin towers. If you are fit, you can climb up to the top. The view is 1 million usd view . You can see the whole city from the top. You need to pay just five euro to the church which will go for a good cause (charity) . They are located in the middle of the city center of bologna . It is easy to find them.
