Amazingly hanging on a cliff over viewing the lake, full of spirituality and peace. Almost a thousand year old.. to be seen more »

An unique place!! The ferry trip on its own was awesome and provided great views. There is an entrance fee to the church. I don't mind paying it, but it was a surprise because all the tourist brochures said it was free to visit. Remember to take a water bottle, it can get really hot waiting for the ferry back.

Very nice place. I visit it every year for the spiritual atmosphere. I was surprised that as from 1May 2019, a visit costs 5 Euro. A real ripoff, as there is not really much to see. Shame on the province of Varese!
