  • It’s a scenic place for sure and absolutely worth the walk or a tram ride, but this place is not that nice in the evening - full of chill-out “hipsters” smoking weed.

  • Great views of town and castle, especially evening to night would be best. Visited couple of times during the visit. Gloria cable car to get there from back side of Rossio train station. Morning light is not good but nice quiet walk. There were small shops for drinks and interesting art crafts in the night. Cafeteria also opens. Hope construction work of the wall finishes soon.
  • By 2019 is under construction, but still offers a great free view of the castle and the city. Great for a sunset and waiting for your turn at Decadente. Has good accessibility via tram and seats in the square.
