Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Sat): contemplate the long history of Amphitheatre (les Arenes), hike along Le Sentier des Ocres, and then explore the historical opulence of Palais des Papes. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: take in the exciting artwork at Tapiezo, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Abbaye Notre-Dame de Senanque, then make a trip to Roman Theatre of Orange, and finally snap pictures at Pont d'Avignon.

Well-known for the beautiful views of its famous Promenade des Anglais waterfront, Nice is an ethnically-diverse coastal port city on the French Riviera and the fifth most populated city in France.
Vieille Ville and La Croisette are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Saint-Paul de Vence and Le Suquet. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Nice: La Croix-Valmer (Heraclee Beach, Plage de Vergeron, & more) and Saint-Tropez (La Ponche Beach & Cimetiere marin de Saint-Tropez). At the southernmost tip of the island of Corsica, Bonifacio is a city with chalk-white limestone outcrops sculpted into unusual shapes by the ocean.
Start off your visit on the 29th (Fri): steep yourself in history at Bonifacio Citadel, then identify plant and animal life at Iles Lavezzi, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Plage du Petit Sperone.
