Ceuta is an 18.5km2 Spanish autonomous city on the north coast of Africa, separated by 14 kilometers from Cadiz province on the Spanish mainland by the Strait of Gibraltar and sharing a 6.4 kilometer land border with M'diq-Fnideq Prefecture in the Kingdom of Morocco. If you are flying in from Spain, the closest major aiports are Málaga Airport, Jerez Airport and Sevilla Airport. In October in Ceuta, expect temperatures between 26°C during the day and 20°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Sun) early enough to travel to Tangier.

You can take a train from Tangier to Rabat in 2 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Tangier in October, Rabat is somewhat warmer at night with lows of 31°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Fri) so you can drive to Casablanca.

The port of Casablanca, Morocco's largest city and economic hub, represents the country's beating heart, established as a French protectorate in 1912.

Start off your visit on the 10th (Sat): take a stroll through Quartier Habous, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Hassan II Mosque, and then admire the landmark architecture of Ettedgui Synagogue. Drive from Rabat to Casablanca in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. Traveling from Rabat in October, Casablanca is slightly colder at night with lows of 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Sun) to allow time to drive to Safi.

Traveling by car from Casablanca to Safi takes 2.5 hours. Finish your sightseeing early on the 13th (Tue) so you can drive to Agadir.

Getting from Safi to Agadir by car takes about 4 hours. Other options: do a combination of train and bus. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Thu) to allow time to drive to Marrakech.

You won't run out of things to do in Marrakech, a city where you can spend days exploring grandiose palaces and mosques, photogenic gardens, sacred tombs, and traditional mansions that evoke a bygone era.

Marrakech Museum and Musee de la Musique will appeal to museum buffs. Menara Gardens and Pavilion and Koutoubia Mosque are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Traveling by car from Agadir to Marrakech takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle; or take a bus. October in Marrakech sees daily highs of 35°C and lows of 19°C at night. On the 19th (Mon), you'll travel to Khenifra.
