The latest addition is an arboretum with a large collection of native trees native. As you walk through the facility, you can enjoy the colors and smells while learning how the plant life benefits the environment. In addition to the gardens, don't miss exhibits devoted the work of Texan artists and photographers, as well nature artists from around the world. This place is super beautiful and really cool! It was awesome to put names to some of the Texas wildflowers and shrubbery and see some new beautiful stuff! We saw two crazy spiders, a beautiful garter snake, some deer, and a weird dinosaur-looking bird. Had a really lovely time walking around the beautiful space. Also, a beautiful backdrop for getting engaged!! ;)

What an amazing botanic garden. It's a pity I got there a bit late than I wanted, so I only get to circle the front portion of it. However I am already impressed. They have a label by each kind of a flower helping people learn their plants. The cutest things was the owls with his kinds on top of the wall at the main entrance makes people feel welcomed. It's a great place to take photos in the spring. Saw a lot of photographers with their clients. Have to go back on the bluebonnet season, hope to tour the entire place to fully enjoy it.
