Although not a large museum, they do a good job filling it with interesting information, genuine artifacts, and interactive exhibits, including several ipads (?) where you flip through descriptions..... more »

Very informative and worth a visit if your in the area. Ideal if your children are learning about pirates as will give them a good understanding of what they did. Worth getting on one of the lead tours instead of walking around aimlessly. Little treasures map for the children to do looking for clues to get themselves a small piece of treasure at the end.

Better than expected! We kept passing by because the outside didn’t draw us in then decided to check it out. Once you’re past the little souvenir shop and ticket sales counter there is much to see. You can quickly breeze through and see many of the interesting things this museum has to offer or take part in the treasure hunt map and learn a lot. Our two teen boys were so into it we spent almost two hrs. inside! We had a great time and found it to be another awesome St. Augustine Adventure!
