Took the family on little steam train ride and then visited the museum. It was a lovely day out. Would love to go on another longer steam train ride. The train was gorgeous, the guys had lots of knowledge and were very friendly and funny. What a great day out. You could easily spend 3-4 hours all up. It was great to show my kids the Red Rattler 😁

What a wonderful place to go for train lovers or children on the autism spectrum who love trains. This particular week was the Thomas and friends show. It's a beautiful place located in a lovely town and set out over a large area with a lot of train carriages to walk through and see the changes over the years. Plenty of parking, lots of bathroom facilities and nice Cafe. A lovely train ride on an old steam train and very friendly, helpful staff. A very enjoyable experience.
