Sunj Beach
With gentle hills and rugged cliffs at its side, Sunj Beach offers soft sands, a shallow sea, and a number of recreational activities. Access the beach by a forest trail or use a golf cart, as it is somewhat remote. Keep in mind that there's no shade by the shore; however, you can rent a sun bed and umbrellas at the site. Cool off at one of the cafes or beach bars, and unwind with a game of volleyball or the beach sport picigin. Note that naturists are welcome here. A visit to Sunj Beach represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Dubrovnik online trip builder to plot your vacation.

A very lovely beach, but bear in mind to grab your own towels if you don't want to pay for the sunbeds. There are several restaurants and cafes available. The water is clean and awesome to swim...

Nice beach with shallow water and protected swim area. Quite a few tour boats anchor here during the day and all seem to arrive at the same time. There is a small charge to rent chairs on the beach. The water is clear and seems clean. There are also a couple of restaurants at the beach. Be sure to bring sandals if coming from a boat. The sand is HOT in the summer months.

Beautiful beach and shallow sea, lovely and warm though the sand was so hot, I was just surprised it hadn't melted into glass!! If it's not too hot and you have the time, a walk from the harbour would be lovely. In the heat, the golf cart is well worth it. Still mainly cash (sunbed, loungers, parasols, etc.) so be prepared - though the bar there takes card.
