A classic site for Czechs. Highly recommended for several reasons - 1. A landmark site with Romanesque church. 2. Beautiful views. 3. Nice pub with local beer on tap! The summit has no views but there are several viewpoints near the top which are well marked.

This mountain has a central place in the Czech foundation myth. There's not an awful lot here, limited views, and it's a pretty steep walk, but it's a nice outing. You can make it up with a regular pram, but it's a bit tiring. Most of the walk is in the shade though. Parking in the village below (CZK 50 per day).
