Absolutely stunning, really worth getting a proper tour because there's just so much history that it's great to learn - I only hope I can remember some of it! It's a mostly baroque cathedral with some elements from lots of periods. This is where Danish royalty have been buried since the 1400s and it's suitably beautiful. This is actually older than Copenhagen cathedral, so the oldest cathedral in the country. It's definitely a MUST-SEE if you come to Denmark. There are also a lot of services (it's a very active cathedral), including two on Sunday - when I might update this review! There's an organ concert once a month, which I would have loved to see! Must visit place in Denmark. One of the major Danish Church. 800 years of European architecture style. Worth visiting here, it is more than we expected. Gigantic church with lots of monuments with a great history. You really appreciate the visit once you have been here. Amazing infrastructure and captivating monuments. Entry ticket costs 60 DKK per adult as of December 2022. It is worth and the ticket cost is reasonable. Spacious parking available including charging facilities for E Cars. Recommend to visit here if you want to explore the old monuments and Danish history.
