Reflexologie Avon is a small family run business in the picturesque town of Avon, France and is one mile from the beautiful Chateau of Fontainebleau. We concentrate on providing both hand and foot reflexology to all ages. Our reflexology sessions are given on a comfortable therapy table. The sessions are approximately forty-five minutes.

During the completion of your medical questionnaire you will be invited to have a refreshing foot spa. This is given to relax the feet and to loosen the muscles. It is also a pleasant experience.

At the beginning and end of the reflexology session you will receive a series of foot loosening exercises. Afterwards you and your reflexologist will move into our juice room where you will receive a freshly prepared apple juice to invigorate your whole body. Whilst enjoying our fruit juice your reflexologist will discuss how the session went and what findings there were. He will also recommend when your next session should be and of course will answer any questions you may have.

Reflexology can be uncomfortable at times, sometimes even painful. Usually this is due to a reflex being out of balance. If this is the case, it is important that we work this reflex until it becomes normalised again, but we will always work with you and within your pain threshold. On saying that, many people describe any pain that they may feel as a 'sweet' pain, and as it is usually short-lived, clients are normally more than happy to have the area worked. There are lots of very pleasant, relaxing techniques that are used throughout the treatment and a foot massage always follows at the end which by far makes up for any discomfort.
