Small scale operation but very reasonably priced!

We opted for the tapas formula with visitor cave and tasting. Mr. Poirot explains with much love how the champagne is made and answers all our questions with great care. Then we get to taste three champagnes, each accompanied by a matching snack prepared with equal love by Mrs. Poirot: salmon and tuna with the Brut, Parma ham and a pâté in puff pastry with the Grande Réserve and a strawberry pastry with the Rosé. We also get a lot of explanation during the tasting and they take their time. Moreover, the champagne (and the ratafia!) Is super delicious! An address to remember!
