Aqualand Cap d'Agde, Cap-d'Agde

We went mid August. It was unpleasant all round. There were long queues getting in; long queues of 45m to 1hr for the rides whilst standing in the full sun; an efficient system for the lockers; and general over-crowding. We left feeling like the owners cared more about making money than offering a great customer experience. On a plus, there is a good selection of rides.

I imagine that this would have been a higher review if we'd been outside of Summer holiday time, but unfortunately the queues were ridiculous and we only went on two rides. The fast track system means that anyone in the normal queue has little chance of moving forwards - surely there's a compromise? Food outlets were ok, toilets were grim, lifeguards were attentive. Would consider going again at a less busy time and would definitely need fast track to make it worth while.
