We have been waiting for one hour in a long queue. When we entered we were informed that there were no available visits anymore. While we understand that COVID-19 is limiting the normal operations...

Really enjoyed strolling around the extensive beautiful grounds.

We have been waiting for one hour in a long queue. When we entered we were informed that there were no available visits anymore. While we understand that COVID-19 is limiting the normal operations, we cannot accept that we were not informed while queuing up (there was only a small notice at the entrance not giving much detail) and that there is no way to book. At least 30 more people behind us find themselves in the same situation. We were told to complain directly with the property of the castle, that's was the feedback from the staff at the entrance.
