What a delight. Had a stroll and a sit on a boiling hot day. Loads of benches under huge range of mature trees kept us cool while we sat with our lunch and a book. Some of the benches are libraries...

Very bad agency. Both for sale and for purchase. Did nothing for the sale of our house. We bought it through another agency but they were in inter-firm with AIPC and again this agency did not give the right advice to the sellers or to us. If you have a property for sale or want to buy, do not stop at this agency. Two months to pass since our purchase and the continuous surprises. Water frozen upstairs because very poor insulation. The work done, by his seller friend, was not done according to the rules of the art. He couldn't ignore it being friends with the vendors. The ECD that we had dates from the old sellers. When the snow melted on the roof, we had water damage, big problem with electricity, etc... Once again if you have to buy a property do not stop at this agency
