Intersport, Courchevel

The staff at this location are efficient, kind and knowledgeable. We showed up 30 min before our children’s lessons this get them gear and we made it in time! We also received some excellent food recommendations and when we returned later in the week to pick up some ski poles they remembered us and gave them to us for free. Returning was easy, taking less than 3 min and they are open till 1930 making it easier to get the most out of your last day. All in all the best and smoothest rental process I’ve ever used. Merci!

Appalling attitude to customers. I was insulted and even threatened by a staff member. The reason? I have asked to provide me with an invoice pertaining to my ski rental (EUR793, by the way). I have complained to a manager but he was not very interested to get it corrected. He promised to contact me later but have not done so. I believe that they are aware of this staff member' s conduct issues however not willing to correct him. I do not recommend to use the services on Intersport at Courchevel 1850
