Parrot World, Crecy-la-Chapelle

This place is awesome! We were very surprised to see the parrots and lots of other birds flying free in the park. The parrots sometimes are just sitting next to you. But there are not only birds, you can find jaguars, penguins, llamas and lots of other animals. There are also some beautiful lodges where you can spend the night. One lodge has a balcony where - in a lucky moment - the jaguars are sleeping on while you are inside the lodge. Just find out yourself!

I visited the park with my friends and I must say it is an absolute must for all ages! There are so many more animals than just parrots and it’s really mesmerising to watch them all wonder around so close. Of course, the parrots flying only a few meters away is very impressive! The staff are absolutely amazing and so kind. There are many explanations regarding the various animals and environments they live in. The only point of improvement is the relative lack of shade, especially important in the summer heat. But it still really is worth the visit!
