Tasty Lyon, Lyon

Buyer Beware! We booked and paid for the Tasty Lyon tour via Viator. Once we arrived we showed the operator our tickets and were promptly informed by the main office (a very rude woman) that there seems to be a mistake between Tasty Lyon and Viator - and we are not on the tour. They did NOT offer to accommodate us (note - this was no fault of ours - we are on vacation in another country), help us find another tour - nothing! They left us stranded in Lyon and told us in no uncertain terms - it wasn't their problem and they could not help us! There are other tour operators in Lyon to choose from - stay away from these unreliable, rude & unsympathetic people!!!!!!

We went on the most amazing wine tour of the Beaujolais region. Wladimir and Virginie planned an amazing day trip and were so friendly, involved, and generous with the refills! I highly recommend using them if you're in town. The wine, views, and group were all amazing.
