Refuge du Prariond Par Les Gorges de Malpasset, Val d'Isere

From the Pont Saint-Charles car park, take the winding path before entering the Malpasset gorges. Some steep passages that can impress people prone to vertigo. Exiting the gorges, the path goes flat to the Prariond refuge. Don't forget your binoculars: marmots, ibexes, chamois. From the refuge, you have two options: Col de la Galise: 2h00 / 867m or Col de la Lose: 2h00 / 837m. European trail – France-Italy link. N.B: For both itineraries, you have the possibility of sleeping at the refuge with the particular advantage of being able to observe the fauna at sunset or at dawn.
