    Nice view from the top and historical exhibit (including showing Verneuil miniature as it was in the Middle Age), and a treasure hunt for kids

    Must visit if passing nearby. Verneuil-sur-Avre was originally built by the English to keep out the French. This tower is where people were tortured. It is well maintained and excellent displays.
