  • Wow. The opera house is wonderful. We took a tour and saw so much. It is decedent and marvelous. We thought the phantom could be behind any closed door. The tour also gives you a little free...

  • Amazing place to visit if the crowds are low. We had a private guide which made our visit so much better with the information she told us.

  • Not sure if the Opera de Versailles is free to visit on Sundays or free everyday, and even if it isn't, the Opera House is definitely worth a visit. Unlike the Paris Opera, you can visit the entire ring(colossus?) and walk in front of the stage. Or you can just sit in the Opera, with the staff's commentary, you can feel the chambers of the king of French and nobles. You can take your kids to listen to the popular science of the staff. But remember to keep quiet when passing by the actor's rehearsal room🤫
  • Amazingly picturesque place. I could have spent hours in there, and having just found out that shows are run at the Opera House in Versailles, it makes me want to plan a trip around watching something in that beautiful hall. Absolutely breathtaking.
