St. Lorenz Church
St. Lorenz Church stands as one of the most prominent Evangelical Lutheran churches in Bavaria. Admire the Gothic architecture outside and the many artworks inside. You'll find pieces by famous German artists such as Veit Stoss, Adam Kraft, and Peter Vischer the Elder. The gothic choir of the church, started by medieval master mason Konrad Roriczer, is particularly striking. If you're lucky, you may get to hear some music played on one of Europe's largest organs. Daily guided tours are an option. Using our international travel planner, Nuremberg attractions like St. Lorenz Church can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.

This church was very impressive for the the outside design and architecture. We greatly admired the mixed design of the towers and the stories from our tour guide.

Amazing cathedral with Gothic style architecture. The building is clearly visible in this small town with few tall buildings. The twin towers looked massive from a distance, and even more imposing up close. Inside is richly decorated. There are many religious artifacts, paintings, sculptures, and relics. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area. There are also many street vendors selling great foods outside. This entire area is very pedestrian friendly.

Very large with a high ceiling. Here you can specifically see how kings where different from serfs. How they built structures. And how they differ to now. It's a great experience to be in a place that's older than the whole united states twice over.
