Create an itinerary including Agra Fort
With massive sandstone walls, Agra Fort holds a place on the World Heritage List and represents one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture in the world. Visit the imposing fortress and walled city, begun in 1565, and marvel at its brick walls, complete with crenellations and defensive towers. You can wander the extensive complex and see a number of meeting halls, mosques, and other buildings used during the rule of Shah Jahan in the 17th century, as well as expansive green spaces and interior courtyards. Don't miss the fort's eastern walls, from which you can enjoy a sweeping view of the nearby Taj Mahal. • Very interesting history, indulging stories (if you hire a guide). I would recommend that you do to make it more interesting and have someone to capture your photos if you are travelling alone. You gonna love it in monsoon or winters. In summers, visit early morning or late evening. Its beautiful.
  • It is very historical and vintage place. Here you can see the old techniques how they defend themselves at that time and how day to day need were fulfilled. You will also get a brief idea how they manage different thinks like water supply, food supply and cooling inside the living area. It is very beautiful and artistic. Now many sections are closed for the visitors but still their is a lot to see and enjoy. I had a great experience and I learned a lot with different designers. Hope you will also enjoy.
