  • Alimatha is an island on the mid-northern rim of Felidhu Atoll, Maldive Islands. Classified uninhabited, it is operated as a resort (Alimatha Aquatic Resort). Alimatha Island is an uninhabited island in the Eastern area of the Maldives, which operates as an aquatic resort. This is a great place to go diving with friendly sharks. And of course, there’s a wide variety of fish. If you’re not trained to go diving, there’s a school on the island where you can learn and get certified if you choose to. You can also go night diving with stingrays and nurse sharks. Else-wise, you can enjoy sunbathing on the sandy beach, or fishing where you’re guaranteed to catch some fish, especially marlins. There are also lots of water-based activities like windsurfing and canoeing. All in all, it’s a peaceful beach full of beautiful oceanic views and greenery, great resorts to stay at, and delicious food
  • We had our sunset dive on this island. It was famous for school of nurse shark and thr rumors is true! There were dozens of nurse every where and they aren't afraid of human. It was fantastic to be up close with this beautiful creature. Be sure to do a dive on this island as it is an experience not to be miss!
