  • Manueline style (late Gothic Portuguese architecture church), Church of the Assumption (The Parish Church of Our Lady of Assumption) build originally by Portuguese in the second half 16th century during their reignis now renovated or still in renovation. Rectangular structure is used as a small theater hall for locals, almost nothing inside remained from previous use as a catholic church. Not always open to see inside. Above the main entrance rises triangular roof and on the left side square bell tower.
  • It was the Church of Assumption, but the interior has been converted to a theatre. Not thing specially to see. It’s free, though.
