That walk along the coast line in Foz was one of our biggest highlights in Porto. We arrived by bus (you could take a tram too) and then a short walk to the lighthouse. It's a beautiful coast line..... more

A nice small lighthouse accessible by public transportation from the center of Porto. You can buy ticket at the bus for 2€ per person. We took bus 200. It offers a coastal walk all the way to Praia de Matosinhos beach where people were surfing. It’s around 4km and it’s perfect for a sunset walk. From the end point, we took the same bus back to the city center

Beautiful walk along the lighthouse. This time of the year is peaceful and not surrounded by tourists, so you can truly enjoy the walk and the view. And after the walk, I can recommend to visit some wineries and have a well deserved glass of amazing port.
