Fundación Cueva de Nerja
Discover prehistoric life in the underground world of Fundación Cueva de Nerja. Stretching almost 5 km (3.1 mi), the caves are a long series of caverns comprised of eight rooms and two main entrances. Tour the main lobby to see human artifacts and remains found in the caves. In the Elephant Tusk chamber, admire the impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations. Attend a concert in the 600-seat natural amphitheater of the Cascade room. The caves are accessible by car or bus, but a relaxing walk along the coast is another way to return to Nerja. This was a fascinating experience and well worth a visit. The sights, structures and space inside the caves are amazing. It's well organised but in no way rushed, you can take your time to walk...

I was awestruck the entire time. Absolutely worth the admission and an hour of your afternoon. The steps are mild to moderate, depending on ability. Got some great shots!

It's very beautiful cave. However, you won't see any rock art as they are very few and are not shown to public. This information is not made available before you enter the cave by organizers, which made me feel scammed as this was one of the main reason to visit the cave. Entry fee is too expensive as they offer nothing, just a audio guide which is very poor. Pay attention to the lamps on the path not to get lost with your guide. Update: 1. If you need money to preserve the cave, ask Spanish government. Charge tourist for what you offer. 2. Toilets not even have toilet paper... and you pay 15 EUR to enter.
