Hemsokt Museum, Boras

I really recommend this place to anyone who likes spooky themes and unusual attractions - no matter if you believe in ghosts or not. We found it by total accident and were worried it would be small and tacky - it turned out the exact opposite. The decor and the music are very atmospheric, there are LOTS of props, with descriptions both in Swedish and English. The cherry on top was meeting one of the crew who was kind enough to respond to our (many ;)) questions and provide additional info. I recommend going there without kids who tend to be loud - scary stories are better contemplated in silence ;) I think the gift shop could be a bit more varied - right now most of the things have just logos on them, it could be a good idea to have some merch with more general ghost / spooky designs or slogans. All in all - a really well-made museum worth visiting!
