  • Part of the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car network, this is the station where you'll need to change the cable car to get to the Glacier Paradise. Be sure to use the WC here as they're free, if you're heading up to the attraction. There was not much to see around the station when we visited in the summer as well, as the surrounding area was undergoing construction and there were mainly only rocks. There's a quite nice open rooftop area though where you can take pretty pictures.
  • A beautiful summer hiking location in the mountains. The glacier trek was absolutely stunning, we wandered around the glacier, then up to the Matterhorn base camp to enjoy the view of the mountain close up. Then we hiked down the mountain back into Zermatt. An absolutely stunning day!
