Munich — 3 nights

Often described as the city of laptops and lederhosen, Munich is an international center of business, engineering, research, and medicine that still maintains a rich cultural heritage and age-old traditions.For shopping fun, head to Viktualienmarkt or Schack-Galerie. There's much more to do: make a trip to Marienplatz, take in panoramic vistas at Frauenkirche, look for gifts at Die Mercerie, and get curious at Deutsches Museum.
