You can fly from Porto to Lisbon in 2.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a train. In March in Lisbon, expect temperatures between 20°C during the day and 10°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 24th (Fri) to allow time for the flight back home.
