In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Get out of town with these interesting Milan side-trips: Verona (Torre dei Lamberti, Piazza delle Erbe, &more). The adventure continues: take in the spiritual surroundings of Duomo di Milano, catch a live performance at La Casa Maledetta, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Chiesa di Sant'Antonio Abate, and explore the different monuments and memorials at Monumental Cemetery.
