Lyon — 13 nights

Lyon is a historical city with a vibrant cultural scene as the birthplace of cinema, the silk capital of the globe, and the second biggest Renaissance city following Venice.Museum-lovers will get to explore Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon and Musee de l'alambic - Distillerie Jean Gauthier. Visit Basilique Notre Dame de Fourviere and Palais Ideal du Facteur Cheval for their historical value. Venture out of the city with trips to Grotte de Choranche (in Choranche), Jardin des Fontaines Petrifiantes (in La Sone) and Monastere Royal de Brou (in Bourg-en-Bresse). Spend the 5th (Thu) exploring nature at Parc Naturel Regional des Volcans d'Auvergne.
