The tiny but densely populated city of Male represents a contrast to the laid-back beach resorts found in much of the rest of the Maldives.Kids will appreciate attractions like Male Fish Market and National Museum. Step out of Male to go to Vihamanafushi and see Veli Spa at Kurumba Maldives, which is approximately 44 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: discover the deep blue sea with a scuba or snorkeling tour, kick back and relax at Artificial Beach, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Hukuru Miskiiy (Old Friday Mosque), and walk around Sultan Park.
