Barcelona, the country’s second-largest city, is a cosmopolitan urban center known for its throbbing youthful energy and stellar architecture.
On the 24th (Mon), take a stroll through Las Ramblas, then admire the striking features of Basilica de la Sagrada Familia, and then admire the landmark architecture of Casa Batllo. Keep things going the next day: pause for some serene contemplation at Barcelona Cathedral, then get to know the fascinating history of Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic), then walk around Parc Guell, and finally admire the landmark architecture of Casa Mila - La Pedrera.
