Founded in the 10th century as a Viking fishing village, Copenhagen has morphed into the cultural, political, and economic powerhouse of the country.

Change things up with a short trip to Kronborg in Helsingoer (about 48 minutes away). There's much more to do: enjoy breathtaking views from Rundetarn, make a trip to The Little Mermaid, explore the galleries of National Museum of Denmark, and explore the historical opulence of Rosenborg Castle.
