On the next day, stop by Livraria Lello, savor the flavors at Food & Drink, and then take in nature's colorful creations at Jardins do Palacio de Cristal.

For other places to visit, ratings, maps, and more tourist information, refer to the Porto day trip planning site.

You can fly from Portimao to Porto in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. Traveling from Portimao in October, Porto is a bit cooler at night with lows of 15°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 7th (Fri) so you can catch the flight to Lisbon.
