Hensting Alpacas alpaca walking, Compton

We had a wonderful 'Alpaca my Picnic' experience yesterday (24th August). The alpaca are calm and so well looked after, it was a pleasure to spend time in their presence. Caroline and Charlotte were so welcoming and knowledgeable, they went out of their way to help our elderly grandparents to make sure they were comfortable and able to enjoy the experience to the fullest. The gift shop was a lovely touch to get a souvenir. Having done the walk previously, and now the picnic, we cannot recommend it highly enough, thank you!

My husband got me the Alpaca adoption pack for Christmas which included the Alpaca walking experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hensting. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the alpacas are absolutely adorable! We learnt a lot about alpacas and had the opportunity to walk gorgeous Jasper on the day. We were also able to feed the cria (babies) and the female alpacas at the end of the walk. We had a great experience and will definitely be visiting again. If you love alpacas, this is definitely for you! 🦙
