Super cool place! We got there before opening so bummed didn't get to go inside. You can still walk grounds when closed so that is a nice perk. There is a great info board under shelter that helped explain it all. We will be back when open next time.

If you appreciate quirky folk art this place is for you. This man was an eccentric very talented artist who transformed every inch of his house and yard into unique art works. Many of them speak to politics, religion and the mistreatment of the common man. On the tour you can even see his mummified body in the mausoleum he made himself. Sadly, much of the house is off limits and you can only go in the main floor. There you buy admission tickets and watch a short film regarding the history of the house. Definitely worth a visit.
